Thankyou to Briony of 1825 Penrith. Took my order over the phone at 1pm and the item was delivered to my home 8am next morning. Great service in store and from delivery guys who called to say they were 30mins away and arrived at my door exactly on time. 5/5 customer experience. Very satisfied. I will shop there again very soon. Made my Christmas. Thankyou 1825 team.

Great Customer Service - From the moment i walked in the door the team was attentive and helpful. I absolutely love the furniture and am excited to get my new Table setting. Thank you team. it was a real delight.

Absolutely love my Byron dining table and frenchcross chairs and Tuscan mirror. Stock was readily available and we were able to collect the next day. The warehouse staff were very helpful. Great product, great service.

The staff and delivery drivers where wonderful. I had exceptional service from the moment I walked into the store up to receiving my furniture. I love every piece I have ordered, my lounge is just stunning and so comfortable, my dining table, chairs buffet and unit are gorgeous and the Harley mirror is my favourite. Thank you all at 1825!!

I wanted to share my experience with others about 1825 Penrith… wow George was awesome - very helpful, friendly, going above and beyond to help my daughter and I. Had a great sense of humour and really knows what customer service and being authentic looks like. Great after customer service. I bought a rattan bar stool 18 months ago and it started to fray. I took it back to see if I could get it repaired and the sore manager Rene and staff was absolutely amazing and exchanged it for a new one. Highly recommend this store.

If you are looking for Quality hand made furnishings this is the perfect place to look, amazing styles to choose from and value for money very reasonable pricing,at first point of contact the sales ladies were so helpful explaining options, colours and estimated delivery wait times which I will add was the quickest time frame I've ever experienced for a lounge setting. A shout out to the delivery guys who went above and beyond with the difficult entry into our house. All the staff are a credit to this company with outstanding furnishings.

Called the Penrith store today to confirm delivery costs after ordering online ( products were still in my basket) What a pleasure it was dealing with Sandra. She helped me with my order gave me suggestions on what went better with what. Worked out the delivery cost on the spot for 7 items. So very helpful What an asset she is to their company 5 stars Sandra Thankyou

We bought some furniture there a couple of weeks ago and returned some as it didn’t fit our home. The staff were more than accommodating and helpful. They followed up on a phone call when they said they would and notified me of some new items that were coming in as I was still looking for a coffee table. Their furniture is beautiful and well priced. I would highly recommended 1825 Penrith. Also can’t forget their delivery drivers. They were lovely and very respectful.

My partner and I were looking around for a couch at all the big stores but Jane from the Penrith store genuinely was the nicest person we came across all day. She helped point out a few couches that seemed to match what we were looking for and wrote up the quote for us then and there. The next week when we came back to purchase the couch, Jane helped us get a good deal and has been a pleasure to deal with since. My delivery was coming up and I was worried about the couch fitting through the door frame so I’ve called the store and spoken with Jane again, she went and measured the couch in store and reassured me that without the feet it will fit. Jane has been positive, helpful and lovely to deal with and is a fantastic member of the team. I will continue to recommend Jane specifically and the rest of the 1825 furniture store to anyone looking for lovely service and great products
